    Peak Season - $175.00* - $240.00* : May 20th through Labor Day
Reservations require a 3 day minimum during the peak season.
    Regular Season - $105.00* - $165.00* : March 1st through May19th and the Tuesday after Labor Day through Thanksgiving weekend.
Reservations require a 2 day minimum during the Regular Season.
    Winter Season - $80.00* - $110.00* : Monday after Thanksgiving Weekend through February 28.

Deposit / Rebooking / Cancelation

A deposit of one night's rental is required within 10 days from the date reservation is made (credit card, personal check, cash, or money order accepted).
Balance is due upon arrival for all days reserved (credit cards or cash only).
Deposit will be forfeited or one night's rental charged to credit card if you cancel less than 10 days prior to arrival date or check out prior to end of reserved period. 
Cancellations received 10 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded deposit less $75.00 per cabin.
A $10.00 Rebooking Fee will be charged if changing the dates of your reservation.
Date changes must be made 10 days before reserved date or it will be considered a cancellation.

Pets

Every dog on the property must be registered.
It is $20 per dog, per night (3 dog maximum per cabin) fee.
Unreported pets incur a $100 fee per pet.
Dogs must remain on a leash at all times while outside on the property.
Please clean up after your dog.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

Things to Remember

   • Bring your own groceries, bath articles, paper goods, trash bags, river towels, charcoal, matches.
   • Pets must be leashed when outside.
   • You are resposible for cleaning up after your pet in the common areas.
   • There is no daily maid service.
   •AT&T is the primary working and reliable cell phone provider for this area. Cricket, T-Mobile, and Sprint usually work, as well, but keep in mind we are located in a rural area.
   • Check in is at 2:00pm.
   • Check out is at 11:00am
